Building Bridges to Success with Genesys Works
Through long-standing collaboration with Genesys Works, Andersen empowers young professionals with hands-on internships, fostering growth and innovation.

The talent pipeline strategy starts even before someone is ready to consider a career at Andersen.
For nearly a decade, Andersen has collaborated with Genesys Works to introduce young professionals to the company through hands-on internships. It’s a win-win program that gives the younger generation incredible exposure to careers, and benefits Andersen’s teams from added skills and experiences.
Genesys Works, based in St. Paul, Minnesota, works with local employers to place high school students in yearlong corporate internships. This collaboration not only equips students with essential professional skills but also prepares them for successful careers. To date, Andersen has hosted nearly 40 interns, each bringing fresh perspectives and boundless potential to the team.
