1. Promotional Period: The Andersen Windows Product Review Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is a series of twelve separate Promotion periods: Period One commences at 12:00:01AM Central Standard Time (“CST”) on 5/01/19 and ends at 11:59:59PM CST on 5/31/19 (“Promotion Period One”), Period Two commences at 12:00:01AM CST on 6/01/19 and ends at 11:59:59PM CST on 6/30/19 (“Promotion Period Two”), Period Three commences at 12:00:01AM CST on 7/01/19 and ends at 11:59:59PM CST on 7/31/19 (“Promotion Period Three”), Period Four commences at 12:00:01AM CST on 8/01/19 and ends at 11:59:59PM CST on 8/31/19 (“Promotion Period Four”), Period Five commences at 12:00:01AM CST on 9/01/19 and ends at 11:59:59PM CST on 9/30/19 (“Promotion Period Five”), Period Six commences at 12:00:01AM CST on 10/01/19 and ends at 11:59:59PM CST on 10/31/19 (“Promotion Period Six”), Period Seven commences at 12:00:01AM CST on 11/01/19 and ends at 11:59:59PM CST on 11/30/19 (“Promotion Period Seven”), Period Eight commences at 12:00:01AM CST on 12/01/19 and ends at 11:59:59PM CST on 12/31/19 (“Promotion Period Eight”), Period Nine commences at 12:00:01AM CST on 1/01/20 and ends at 11:59:59PM CST on 01/31/20 (“Promotion Period Nine”), Period Ten commences at 12:00:01AM CST on 2/01/20 and ends at 11:59:59PM CST on 2/29/20 (“Promotion Period Ten”), Period Eleven commences at 12:00:01AM CST on 3/01/20 and ends at 11:59:59PM CST on 3/31/20 (“Promotion Period Eleven”), and Period Twelve commences at 12:00:01AM CST on 4/01/20 and ends at 11:59:59PM CST on 4/30/20 (“Promotion Period Twelve”). Promotion Period One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine, Ten, Eleven, and Twelve shall collectively be referred to as the “Promotion Periods”. These Official Rules shall serve as the Official Rules for each of the twelve (12) separate Promotion Periods. Each of the twelve (12) Promotion Periods constitutes a separate pool of entries and are therefore separate Promotions. All Promotion entries for a respective Promotion Period must be received prior to the end time and date specified for such Promotion Period stated above. Entries submitted past the end time and date of the respective Promotion Period will be accepted for the subsequent Promotion Period, so long as it is not Promotion Period Twelve. If an entry is submitted past the expiration of Promotion Period Twelve, then the entry will not be accepted and will be destroyed. Bazaarvoice, Inc.’s computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per household for the duration of all Promotional Periods.
2. Administrator/Sponsor: The Promotion shall be administered by Gage Marketing Group, LLC and Bazaarvoice, Inc. (“Administrators”) and the Sponsor is Andersen Windows, Inc., 100 4th Ave. N., Bayport, MN 55003.
3. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“DC”), who are at least the age of majority in the state of residency at the time of entry (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees (and their immediate families (i.e. parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Administrators and Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and third party fulfillment or judging agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to enter or win a prize in the Promotion.
4. How to Enter: During the Promotional Periods, Eligible Entrants may enter the Promotion in one of three ways.
a. Customers may be sent an email from Sponsor inviting them to review a previously purchased product (the “Product Review Email”). Click on the “Write a Review” link within the Product Review Email from the Sponsor. Complete the required fields on the “My Review” form including “Would you like to enter the Sweepstakes?” and select “I want to enter the Sweepstakes”. Product review must be in compliance with Review Guidelines.
b. Visit https://www.andersenwindows.com/support/warranty-registration/ and follow the directions to submit a warranty registration for the Andersen® product purchased. After the warranty registration is completed, you will be invited to write a review of the product purchased. Complete the required fields on the “My Review” form including “Would you like to enter the Sweepstakes?” and select “I want to enter the Sweepstakes”. Product review must be in compliance with Review Guidelines.
c. To Enter Without Completing A Product Review: To enter the Promotion without completing a Product Review, on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, birth date (month and year), email address, plus daytime and evening telephone number. Mail entry in a hand-addressed, business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: Andersen Windows Product Review Sweepstakes, PO Box 27154, Golden Valley, MN 55427. Entry must be postmarked by the last day of the Promotional Period’s end date to be eligible for such Promotion Period. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Illegible or incomplete entries are void. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, mutilated, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received by entry deadline.
A favorable review will not increase your chance of winning a prize. Sponsor reserves the right not to post your review for any reason, including, but not limited to, if it fails to conform to the Review Guidelines. Additionally, to comply with the FTC Guidelines, you must disclose in your review that you are being offered a chance to win a prize by including the words “Sweepstakes Entry” at the beginning of your review. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any product review entry from the Promotion for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion, on the basis that a submitted product review entry does not meet the above criteria or is otherwise offensive or inappropriate or is not in keeping with the Sponsor’s image.
Review Guidelines:
The review must conform to the following:
Multiple reviews of the same product are not valid. “SPAM” or fraudulent Product Reviews will not be posted and all entries from said user will be void. Entrants may not submit Product Reviews with multiple email addresses nor may Eligible Entrants use any device or artifice to submit Product Reviews multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any Eligible Entrant who attempts to submit Product Reviews with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or uses any other device or artifice to submit Product Reviews multiple times will be disqualified from participation in the Promotion, and all Product Reviews submitted by that Eligible Entrant will be void.
Once all required steps are completed/submitted as specified herein and directed by the online instructions, Eligible Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion for the applicable Promotion Period in which the entry is received. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email accounts or any other methods will void that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified. By participating, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
5. Drawings: One (1) potential prize winner will be selected after the end date for each Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received for that applicable Promotion Period. Non-winning entries will NOT be carried over into subsequent Promotion Periods, if any.
6. Twelve (12) Prizes (one (1) per Promotion Period): the prize is one (1) $100 Visa Rewards Card. Visa Rewards Card is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and is subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by issuer. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen or expired Visa Rewards Cards. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received per Promotion Period. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use or misuse of the prize.
a. Total Approximate Retail Value of the prizes that may be awarded is $1,200.
7. Notification: Administrators are independent judging organizations whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Each potential winner will be notified by mail or email. If any Prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, that Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Administrators and Sponsor are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, or illegible paperwork. Potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries for the applicable Promotion Period. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
8. Release: By accepting prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
9. Publicity: Except where legally prohibited, by accepting a prize, winner grants (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission for Sponsor and its agents’ to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval.
10. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11. Limitations on Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) illegible, lost, late, damaged, destroyed, inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, unintelligible, postage due, non-delivered, misdirected, stolen entries, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an Entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
12. Disputes: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by appropriate courts of the state of Minnesota; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Minnesota or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Minnesota.

14. Winners List: For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope in a separate first class stamped envelope to: Andersen Windows Product Review Sweepstakes 2019 Winners List, PO Box 27154, Golden Valley, MN 55427 to be received by 4/30/20.
