A Mid-Century Modern remodel brings the outdoors in

When renovating her Mid-Century Modern home, interior designer Jessica Davis wanted a space that balanced work with family life while respecting her home’s original architecture. She chose 100 Series Windows to create a bright, airy, and modern feel that seamlessly connects the new addition with the 1960s home. A pass-through window in the kitchenette makes it easy to stay engaged with family and friends in the garden or enjoying the pool. Upstairs, her new studio features expansive joined window units of 100 Series Casement and Picture Windows while a 200 Series Narroline® Gliding Patio Door makes an easy connection to the terrace outside. The natural light shifts throughout the day, providing the perfect setting for client meetings or creative work. The result is a serene, inspiring home where functionality and design coincide.

“We really use this space a lot when we’re entertaining guests and one of my favorite things about it is the Folding Pass-Through Window, which we can open up fully to access the outdoors.”

Jessica Davis, Homeowner and Founder of Atelier Davis
