Alvera Apartments features 100 Series Windows and Doors that enhance the distinctive architecture of this modular build. Designed and built by DJR Architecture and RISE Modular, the project overcame the challenge of a narrow lot by using custom angular modules. 100 Series Products were a perfect fit for this project, offering dark colors and narrow sight lines to match the modern design while delivering exceptional value and quality. The windows complement the five-story and 7,600 square-foot mural that wraps around the building, hand painted by a nationally known muralist. The result is a stunning blend of art, architecture, and functionality, making Alvera Apartments a standout piece of modern modular design.
