Opening New Windows to Healing: Andersen Supports Valerie's House through Window Donation
Andersen Corporation and TruBlu Energy Efficiency Solutions team up to support Valerie’s House in Pensacola, Florida, with a donation of high-performance windows.

At Andersen Corporation, we believe every window we make has the potential to open more than just a view. It can open doors to healing, comfort and community.
Recently, this came to life in Pensacola, Florida, through a donation made in collaboration with an Andersen Certified Contractor. Andersen worked with Andersen Certified Contractor TruBlu Energy Efficiency Solutions to donate and install seven high-performance A-Series windows with Stormwatch® protection at Valerie’s House, a nonprofit dedicated to helping children and families navigate the difficult journey of grief.
About Valerie’s House
Valerie’s House was founded on a powerful mission: no child should grieve alone. At a time when nearly 6 million children in the U.S. will lose a parent or sibling before turning 18, the need for compassionate community-based support is more urgent than ever.
Through art, play, shared meals, and peer support groups, Valerie’s House provides a safe space for children to express their emotions, connect with others, and begin to heal. Their work is a lifeline for families facing unimaginable loss.
Thanks to Andersen’s recent product donation, and the donation of installation labor by TruBlu, the physical space of Valerie’s House now reflects the warmth and safety they strive to provide.

Windows That Do More Than Let in Light

"Valerie’s House is focused on creating a safe space for the children and families that come here. By installing these Andersen® windows with Stormwatch® protection we are able to give an added level of peace of mind and security to this home that Valerie’s House has created.”
