A new affordable housing neighborhood in Dubuque, Iowa, is creating homeownership opportunities for local families while helping address a critical housing need. Through its relationship with Habitat for Humanity of Dubuque and Jackson Counties, Andersen has donated nearly 60 Andersen® 100 Series windows to the first six homes in Rosalynn Carter Place, the largest affordable housing project in the Habitat affiliate's 35-year history.

How Does Andersen Support Affordable Housing Through Long-Term Relationships?

Rosalynn Carter Place is one example of Andersen's broader commitment to expanding access to safe, stable and affordable housing.

Since 1995, Andersen has worked with Habitat for Humanity to help more families achieve affordable homeownership. Over the past 30 years, the company has contributed more than $7 million through financial support, product donations and employee volunteerism to Habitat affiliates across the country.

Today, Andersen invests approximately $1.5 million annually in housing-related initiatives that support affordable housing development, housing preservation, transitional housing and housing stability programs.
