From day one, interns are contributing to meaningful projects while building skills that will shape their careers.

Andersen welcomed 66 interns to our 2026 Internship Experience, a 12-week program designed to develop the next generation of leaders.

Across a wide range of functions, including engineering, manufacturing, technology & data, marketing, sustainability, finance and more, interns contribute to meaningful work that supports our business and our customers. They’re helping drive results while also learning crucial career skills to set them up for success.
