BAYPORT, Minn., March X, 2025 — Andersen Corporation (Andersen), America’s premier window and door manufacturer, has announced that Chris Galvin, chief executive officer, has been appointed chairman of the Andersen Corporation board of directors.
Galvin succeeds Jay Lund, who has served as chairman of the board since 2013. Lund, who retired from Andersen in 2022 after 37 years, was the company’s chief executive officer from 2011-2022. Under his leadership as board chair, the company achieved remarkable growth, successfully navigating challenging market conditions and a volatile economic environment while furthering the company’s commitment to strong governance and delivering consistent value to shareholders.

Galvin, who has been with Andersen for more for than 20 years, has served as the company’s president and chief executive officer since 2023. He joined the Andersen Corporation board of directors in 2023. Under Galvin’s leadership, the company has continued to expand its presence into new markets, elevate its industry-leading product and services portfolio, and solidify its reputation as the #1 trusted window and door brand*.
Galvin also currently serves on the Andersen Corporate Foundation board of directors as well as the boards of the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation and First State Bank and Trust.
