Vice President of Communications and Community Eliza Chlebeck Honored in Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s 2025 Women in Business Awards

Eliza Chlebeck, Andersen’s VP of Communications and Community, is recognized in the 2025 MSPBJ Women in Business Awards for her outstanding leadership and community contributions.

Andersen Corporation Vice President of Communications and Community Eliza Chlebeck has been recognized among leading Twin Cities executives and entrepreneurs as one of the most influential women in business as part of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal's 2025 Women in Business Awards. Now in its 28th year, the annual Women in Business Awards recognize local women for their professional achievements and contributions to the Twin Cities community.

As Vice President Communications and Community, Eliza oversees internal and external communications, public relations, community relations and management of the Andersen Corporate Foundation.

In addition to the responsibilities within her role, Eliza is a trusted and respected mentor to many women within the Andersen organization. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Eliza is a trusted and respected mentor to many women within the organization. Through her informal mentorship, Eliza has guided numerous individuals, helping them navigate their career paths and achieve significant advancements. Her dedication to empowering others has not only fostered personal growth but also contributed to the overall success of others within the company.

Outside of Andersen, she serves as Vice President of the Andersen Corporate Foundation, Board Chair of the community non-profit Valley Outreach, and as a board member of the Minnesota Wild Foundation. Additionally, Eliza is also an active volunteer with the Stillwater Area Hockey Association and Lake Elmo Baseball, where she manages her children's sports teams.

In 2024, Eliza was awarded Ragan’s Top Women in Communications award.
