Evolution of the 100 Series Product Line
Since its debut in 2008, the Andersen 100 Series has become a cornerstone of the company’s product portfolio, designed to meet the needs of a wide range of customers. Andersen has continually invested in the product line, expanding its offerings and capabilities to align with evolving customer preferences and market demands.
Notable milestones include:
- 2025: Andersen celebrated the production of its 10 millionth 100 Series window, marking a major achievement for one of its fastest-growing product lines.
- 2023: A new Flush Fin replacement frame was introduced, designed specifically for stucco homes in southwestern market areas. This integrated fin allows for efficient installation over existing frames, without disturbing the exterior.
- 2018 & 2020: To support growing demand, Andersen invested in major manufacturing expansions. In 2018, a $40 million, 60,000-square-foot addition to the Bayport campus enhanced Fibrex material extrusion capabilities and created 40+ full-time jobs. In 2020, Andersen finalized construction on a 500,000-square-foot facility in Goodyear, Arizona, adding over 415 jobs, significantly increasing production and distribution capacity for the 100 Series product line in the western United States.
