Andersen Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Phil Donaldson has been named a 2020 CFO of the Year honoree in the Large Private Company category by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. Phil is among a select group of honorees recognized for their critical role in making businesses successful.
In his 16-year tenure as chief financial officer, Phil has leveraged his broad business expertise and deep company knowledge to drive business results: increasing revenues, improving profitability and increasing shareholder value. He has also overseen strategic acquisitions and divestitures increasing Andersen’s broad portfolio of products including a recent $35 million expansion of the Renewal by Andersen Cottage Grove campus and a new $105 million manufacturing and distribution facility in Goodyear, Ariz.
