Andersen Corporation, America’s premier window and door manufacturer, announced today it will pay out $19.4 million in 2018 profit sharing.
In recognition of employee contributions to Andersen’s 2018 business performance, eligible employees will receive $2,115, which is an 18 percent increase over 2017 profit sharing.

Andersen’s tradition of profit sharing dates back to 1914. The current program rewards each eligible employee equally, with the payout amount based on the company’s earnings.
