*During 2023, each eligible Andersen employee will be paid out in quarterly installments in order to provide employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance. Based on our plan for the year, we expect to pay out a maximum payment of $750 per eligible employee for each of the first three quarters of the year and $1,750 in the fourth quarter, for a total of $4,000. Profit sharing is not guaranteed and does not apply to an employee who is classified as temporary, seasonal, intern or an employee covered by a collective bargaining agreement that has not bargained for this payment. These and other terms and conditions of Andersen’s 2023 Profit Sharing Plan, are subject to change or termination without notice.
