The Andersen Corporate Foundation was established in 1941 with the mission to improve lives and strengthen communities, primarily where Andersen employees live and work. Since then, the foundation has donated more than $60 million to worthy causes. The Andersen Corporate Foundation supports organizations that focus in the following areas:

The Andersen corporate giving program provides support to qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in the communities where our employees live and work. Donations of windows and/or doors are focused primarily on affordable housing initiatives.
Focus areas include:
- Housing
Affordable housing, homelessness, missing middle housing and senior housing
- Education
STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) education and trade/industry workforce development programs
- Basic Needs
Supportive services, hunger-relief services, critical access healthcare and mental health services
Geographic focus area:
Organizations located in communities where Andersen employees live and work, including Andersen's headquarters region (St. Paul/Minneapolis and St. Croix Valley).
