We are committed to supporting our communities through employee volunteerism and donation of funds and products.

Andersen® Corporate Foundation

The Andersen Corporate Foundation was established in 1941 with the mission to improve lives and strengthen communities, primarily where Andersen employees live and work. Since then, the foundation has donated more than $60 million to worthy causes. The Andersen Corporate Foundation supports organizations that focus in the following areas:

  • Affordable Housing
  • Health and Safety
  • Education and Youth Development
  • Human Services
  • Civic Support

Application Process

Please note: The Andersen Corporate Foundation is currently focused on responding to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impacts on our communities. Regular grant rounds are paused at this time. Please contact with questions.


Current Grantee
Submit a full proposal on the posted deadlines using the provided Application Form.

By Invitation Only
Inquiry Forms are accepted for the following situations:
1. Your organization has not received prior support from Andersen Corporate Foundation.
2. Your organization has requested support in the past and your request has been declined.
3. Your organization is seeking capital project support. This includes organizations that have received support in the past or are currently receiving operating or project support.

If any of the three items listed above apply to your organization, please complete the Inquiry Form and email it to If your inquiry fits within the foundation’s funding priorities, you will receive an invitation to submit an application. There are no deadlines for submitting an Inquiry Form.

The Andersen corporate giving program provides support to qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in the communities where our employees live and work. Donations of windows and/or doors are focused primarily on affordable housing initiatives.

Focus areas include:

  • Housing
    Affordable housing, homelessness, missing middle housing and senior housing

  • Education
    STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) education and trade/industry workforce development programs

  • Basic Needs
    Supportive services, hunger-relief services, critical access healthcare and mental health services

Geographic focus area:
Organizations located in communities where Andersen employees live and work, including Andersen's headquarters region (St. Paul/Minneapolis and St. Croix Valley).
