Our supplier diversity program promotes the participation of underrepresented groups in our supply chain, not only because it's the right thing to do, but also because it has far-reaching benefits that impact us all — making products more accessible, empowering local businesses, and driving economic growth. It's part of our history, and a growing part of our future.
Over 130 diverse suppliers (and counting)
In 2022, we invested over $26 million with minority, women, LGBTQ+, veteran, service-disabled veteran, and disability-owned business enterprises while investing $430 million with U.S.-based small-owned businesses.
