Kelly Aronson Named as a 2021 CIO of the Year ORBIE Award Nominee

 

Andersen Corporation Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Kelly Aronson has been named a 2021 CIO of the Year ORBIE Award nominee in the large company category by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. The ORBIE Awards recognize CIOs that have implemented products and developed solutions to create business value for their organizations.

She is a solutions-oriented leader with an innate ability to understand the needs of the business and develop creative, effective, cost-efficient technology solutions to advance our strategic business priorities,” said Jay Lund, chairman and chief executive officer, Andersen Corporation.

As CIO, Kelly is responsible for enterprise information technology strategy and implementation and providing strategic partner support to Andersen’s business divisions and functions.

When asked about her greatest accomplishment in her current role by the magazine, Kelly said by utilizing her solutions-oriented approach she has worked to change the value proposition of Andersen for employees and customers, elevating Andersen beyond a traditional building materials company, leading the industry in innovation.
