915 Washington Avenue Project

Winner of the 2014 MN AIA Design Award, it is the most modern project we've ever worked on. With a sophisticated metal exterior, the original design called for aluminum. But collaborating with Greiner, the choice was made to go with our composite. The design called for very tall, stacked windows, which were custom made by Andersen. Flush mount detailing required accommodating rain screen and internal draining. It worked flawlessly. Andersen surpassed the owner's expectations.
