Just outside of Salt Lake City, and within the shadow of Mount Timpanogos, sits this majestic family home. Four seasons and 360-degrees of natural beauty provide a constant supply of scenery. Recognizing this, the designer used Andersen® A-Series casement, picture and transom windows with black exteriors from the Andersen Architectural Collection to literally frame the outdoors. Inside, to create continuity and a modern feel, black painted interiors and bright brass hardware with the colonial grille pattern and specified equal light grille pattern were used. For added security, patented VeriLock® Sensors were installed which can indicate not only if windows are open but whether they are locked or unlocked*.
