Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary Andrea Nordaune Honored in Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s 2024 Women in Business Awards

Nordaune has been recognized among leading Twin Cities executives and entrepreneurs as one of the most influential women in business

Andersen Corporation Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary Andrea Nordaune has been recognized among leading Twin Cities executives and entrepreneurs as one of the most influential women in business as part of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal's 2024 Women in Business Awards. Now in its 27th year, the annual Women in Business Awards recognize local women for their professional achievements and contributions to the Twin Cities community.

"Andrea is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced attorney with strong leadership skills and excellent judgment. This award exemplifies Andrea’s incredible work and unwavering dedication to guiding and protecting our business over the last 20 years,” said Chris Galvin, president and chief executive officer at Andersen.

Andrea joined Andersen as a senior attorney in 2003. She was promoted to Deputy General counsel in 2019 and became Vice President and General Counsel for the Renewal Division in 2021. She serves as a member of Andersen’s executive committee. Andrea also serves as the company’s representative on the board of directors of the industry’s principal trade group, the Window & Door Manufacturers Association, and was recently elected to the executive committee of that organization. Andrea received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History and American Studies from St. Olaf College and her J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
