Andersen Corporate Foundation Announces $1.27 Million in Donations

The Andersen Corporate Foundation is pleased to announce the recipients of its fall 2023 grant round. The Foundation announced grant commitments totaling more than $1.27 million to 65 nonprofit organizations in its second of two grant rounds this year. As part of this $1.27 million, the Andersen Corporate Foundation has approved $675,000 in multi-year commitments to fund the following projects.

  • St. Croix Valley Food Bank – To support the construction and operation of a permanent food bank, to ensure equitable access for everyone who struggles with hunger in western Wisconsin, including the underserved families living in rural communities.
  • St. Croix Valley Habitat for Humanity – To support land purchases that incorporate newer, sustainable, and affordable technology, helping homeowners minimize utility costs and resist the impacts of climate change.
  • Regions Hospital Foundation – To support the HealthPartners Simulation Center move and upgrade project that provides lifelike medical simulation training to healthcare professionals.
  • Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity – To support the ”Framing our Future” campaign that will allow Greater Des Moines Habitat to impact 915 households through the creation and preservation of homeownership in Central Iowa over the next three years.

The Andersen Corporate Foundation was established in 1941 with the mission to improve lives and strengthen communities where Andersen employees live and work. Since then, the Foundation has donated nearly $70 million to worthy causes in the areas of housing, health, hunger relief and education.

As part of each grant round, the Foundation works with employee committees at multiple locations, enabling Andersen’s local teams to make the impact they feel is most valuable in their community. Read about the spring 2023 grant round.
