Two New Members Elected to Andersen Corporation Board of Directors
Andersen Corporation announced that Israel E. Alguindigue and Phyllis S. Anderson recently joined its board of directors.

Alguindigue is senior vice president of the industrial analytics practice at Uptake, a predictive analytics software company. His team helps large industrial customers use data to enhance the performance of their assets, delivering increased productivity, reliability, safety and security. Prior to joining Uptake, Alguindigue served as chief marketing officer and software product management leader for GE’s Global Services organization, where he led efforts to re-envision and re-invigorate the services portfolio including its software/analytics offering.
Anderson is senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Express Scripts Holding Company. With an extensive, multi-industry background, Anderson brings a strong consumer and b2b marketing perspective. Accountabilities have included Advertising, Digital Strategy, Consumer and Trade Promotion, Brand Strategy, and Communications/PR. Prior to joining Express Scripts, she served in various leadership roles at Humana, Bank of America, Duke Energy, Nabisco Brands, and Pillsbury. Her achievements have been recognized on several lists of distinction, including Black Enterprise magazine’s “Most Powerful Women in Business – Healthcare” and The Network Journal’s “25 Influential Black Women in Business,” and Fortune magazine’s “On the Rise.”
