Follow the steps to submit your product service request.
 
Please Specify the following:

STEP 2 Indicate the frame color.

STEP 3 Indicate the exposed glass dimension, or "daylight" glass size.
Simply measure the width and height of the exposed glass from the inside, edge to edge.		 Width:   inches

STEP 4 Provide glass logo information. 

Enter ALL words, numbers or symbols and approximate location to logo here:


(Examples: "CIG-3 2-95.6 over logo," "High-Performance Sun II under logo," etc.)

There is no AW logo on the glass:

STEP 6 Indicate the handing of the product.
STEP 7 Describe the issues with the product.
